Styrene

Styrene

Styrene is used to produce polystyrene, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), unsaturated polyester, latex and synthetic rubber, which are used in a number of applications including injection molding, disposables, food packaging, housewares, paints and coatings, resins, building materials and toys. We have the capacity to produce high-purity styrene monomer that is desired by most styrene-consuming processes. The Westlake Styrene plant is ISO 9000 certified, and the Westlake Styrene Terminal can offer shipment by truck, railcar, barge, or ocean vessel.
