Customer Service and Distribution

The Westlake CA&O Customer Service and Distribution Department is located in Calvert City, Kentucky. Our skilled and experienced service staff are available to handle orders, order inquiries, and to assist in providing technical service.

Customer service staff is available from 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday, by phoning 1-800-321-8550. After normal business hours emergencies are handled by phoning the same number and following emergency instructions.
